Hola, Unfxcked Freelancer👋🏼!

Welcome to another week of getting unstuck, taking control, and going pro as a freelancer. In case you missed my last newsletter, see the full archive of previous issues here.

In the previous issue, we explored freelancing platforms, discussing which one is the right platform for you and why platforms don’t matter as much as we sometimes think.

Remember how I shared my story of bouncing between platforms, trying to find the perfect one?

Well, today, I’m back to help you explore popular freelancing platforms.

And as we both know, freelancing platforms can be really funny…

You create your profile, showcase your skills, and hold your breath as you submit endless proposals for projects that resonate with you. And then you wait for the client’s response, which can be sometimes annoying.

However, the excitement of landing that dream gig makes it all worthwhile.

But here is the gist. Each platform has its unique atmosphere, rules, and audiences, making the experience quite an adventure. At the same time, they have their advantages and disadvantages.

So what are the pros and cons of these popular freelancing platforms?

Grab your favorite drink, find a comfortable spot, and let’s dive right in.
